I think sometimes we get so caught up in ourselves we forget to thank others and they forget to thank us. If you recently helped someone. If you held the door for a stranger. If you finished a project with a coworker. If you let someone merge in front of you while driving. If you cooked dinner for your spouse. If you listened to your best friend’s day. If you picked up someone else’s trash. Whatever you did that was from good intention and they didn’t thank you or you didn’t feel appreciated…allow me. Thank you!
Next time thank them. It will return to you.

Regarding the author although many have used the phrase here is the origin:
The English theologian and historian Thomas Fuller appears to be the first person to commit the notion that ‘the darkest hour is just before the dawn’ to print. His religious travelogue A Pisgah-Sight Of Palestine And The Confines Thereof, 1650, contains this view:
It is always darkest just before the Day dawneth.
Wayne Dyer - When you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.
This may or may not resonate with you but it’s worth the three and a half minutes watching the clip to find out.
